This workshop has been organised by Manuel Arellano (CEMFI, visiting UCL/cemmap), Richard Blundell (UCL and IFS), Stephane Bonhomme (CEMFI) and Jean-Marc Robin (UCL/IFS and Sciences-Po) and has been supported by cemmap.
