We have amended our terms and conditions of booking. Please read these terms and conditions before you return your booking form.
If you are successful in securing a place at one of our events, we will email you and issue you with an invoice. Once we have issued this invoice (or informed you of the date that one will be issued) your place is confirmed, subject to payment terms.
Before booking, you should ensure that you are able to cover the cost of your place on the event (e.g. through university / departmental funding) as you are now liable for your fees and subject to the below cancellation policy. Please be aware that full payment is required no less than 10 working days prior to the event start date.
If a participant is unable to attend an event, they may substitute another member of their institute / organisation (as long as the equivalent fee applies).
Where a participant is unable to attend for any reason (including travel disruption, failure to secure visas and changes in personal circumstances) and is not in a position to transfer his / her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
a) Registrations cancelled 30 days or more before the event will be refunded 100% of the fees.
b) Registrations cancelled less than 30 but more than 10 working days before the event, will be refunded 50% of the fees.
c) Registrations cancelled 10 working days or less before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
d) Registrants who do not attend for any reason will not be eligible for any refund and are liable for 100% of the fee.
If no payment has been received, we will require full payment before the delegate can attend any other cemmap event.
By submitting or signing your completed booking form, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
