Priscilla Fialho

Priscilla is a PhD scholar in the Centre for Microdata Methods and Practice (cemmap) at the IFS. Her research interests are in equilibrium labour search and labour microeconometrics. Currently, her research focuses on understanding the sorting of workers and firms into fixed-term or permanent contracts, in economies with a dual labour market.
