Biography

Rory is a PhD Scholar at IFS and a PhD Candidate in Economics at University College London. His research interests include Public finance and inequality. The main focus of his research is the savings and intergenerational transfer decisions of households - in particular how they are affected by government policy and risks over the life cycle.
