Alessandro Toppeta

I am a PhD student in economics at University College London. I have been an exchange scholar at Yale University for the 2021/22 academic year. 

I am a labor and development economist with an interest in studying questions related to inequality and poverty through the lens of human capital. 

In my research, I pay particular attention to measurement, considering the relation between theory and measures and combining techniques from microeconometrics and psychometrics.
