This workshop presents recent advances in econometrics, including the use of advanced data science tools such as machine learning. It aims to foster the exchange of ideas among international and national economics and econometrics communities. The workshop provides a unique platform to explore the interplay between econometric theory and data science, and their applications to various estimation and inference problems in economics.
