Elena Ashtari Tafti

Elena is a Ph.D. student in Economics at University College London (UCL). She is an applied microeconomist working on topics at the intersection of innovation, health economics, and public policy.  At the top of her research agenda is the study of individuals’ and firms’ incentives to innovate, the barriers to the adoption and use of technology, and how this affects the provision of services and the production of goods.
