We have amended our terms and conditions of booking. Please read these terms and conditions before you return your booking form.
If you are successful in securing a place at one of our events we will email you and issue you with an invoice. Due to an increase in last minute cancellations and non payment, we now require full payment or proof of pending payment (from the relevant organisation / university) before we will guarantee your place. Payment must be made at least 5 working days before the event is due to commence.
If a participant is unable to attend an event they may substitute another member of their institute / organisation.
Where a participant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his / her place to
another
person,
then the following refund arrangements apply:
a) Registrations cancelled 30 days or more before the event will be refunded 100% of the fees. If no payment has been received, the delegate invoice will be cancelled. b) Registrations cancelled less than 30 but more than 10 days before the event will be refunded
50%
of the
fees. If no payment has been received, we will invoice for the outstanding 50%, which must be paid before the delegate can attend any other cemmap events. c) Registrations cancelled 10 days or less before the event will not be eligible for a refund. If no payment has been received, we will require full payment before the delegate can attend any other cemmap events. d) Registrants who do not attend will not be eligible for any refund. If no payment has been received, we will require full payment before the delegate can attend any other cemmap events.
By submitting or signing your completed booking form you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
Please note that the IFS will not
accept hard copy forms that have not been signed.
